If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We're more than happy to offer you a full refund or a replacement. 

How to request a refund:

• Send us a message at beckiewong@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Let us know what went wrong and include a photo (if possible).

• We’ll process your refund or organise a replacement as soon as we can.

Because everything is handmade and baked fresh, we hope you understand that we may not be able to offer refunds outside of this time frame.

You're welcome to pick up your order from Glen Waverley at a pre-arranged time. We'll send you the address and confirm the pickup details once your order is ready.

We offer delivery if your order is $50 or more — free of charge!

For orders under $50, please choose local pickup. If you need delivery for a smaller order, feel free to reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
